How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your craft kit subscription anytime by logging into your account and clicking the "Manage Subscription" button to cancel

When Your Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations requested can be any time, the next rolling subscription box will not be shipped.  We'll send you a confirmation email once your subscription has been cancelled.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for kits that have already been shipped. However, if you cancel before your kit ships for the month, you will not be charged for that upcoming shipment.

If a kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a replacement. 

What Happens to Your Account

Once cancelled, your subscription will end. You can reactivate it anytime by logging back into your account, though pricing and promotions may have changed.
